🎨 Nature of Products
All artworks sold on Haysar are original, handmade paintings
Each artwork is created individually and is not mass-produced
Due to the artistic nature of the products, variations in color, texture, and style are natural and expected
📦 Orders & Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement
All order details, including:
Artwork selection
Customization
Pricing
Shipping charges
Delivery timelines
are finalized via WhatsApp or Email
⚠️ Placing an order without confirmation does not constitute a valid booking.
If a customer places an order but does not continue communication, Haysar / Mubeenn is not bound to begin the artwork.
🎨 Customized / Commissioned Artwork
Customized paintings are created specifically according to the customer’s request
Timelines for customized artwork may range from 1 to 6 months
In case of a high volume of orders, waiting time may extend to 1 year or more
Customers are advised to place customized orders well in advance
💳 Advance Payment Policy (Customized Orders)
Customized artwork requires a 50% advance payment
The remaining 50% payment is due after completion and before delivery
Advance payment:
Confirms the booking
Secures the artist’s time
Places the order in the production queue
❌ Cancellation Policy
If a customized order is cancelled by the customer at any stage:
The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable
This is due to time, effort, and creative work already invested
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan
Minimum shipping charges start from PKR 500
Final shipping charges depend on:
City
Area
Province
Size and nature of the artwork
All delivery charges are borne by the customer
Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
🎁 Packaging & Delivery Safety
All artworks are packed using secure and protective packaging
Damage during delivery is highly unlikely
Once the artwork is delivered safely, responsibility transfers to the customer
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
The wrong painting was delivered, OR
There was a clear mistake from the painter’s side
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the artwork
Returned artwork must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition
No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
No valid reason
Damage caused after delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Customized / commissioned artwork is non-returnable
Customized paintings are shared with the customer via WhatsApp for approval before delivery
Once approved and delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted
❌ Right to Refuse Orders or Returns
Mubeenn reserves the right to accept or decline any order
Mubeenn also reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request
This is done to maintain artistic integrity, quality, and fairness
🤝 Mutual Agreement
All orders, payments, shipping details, timelines, and approvals are completed only through mutual agreement between the customer and Haysar.
📞 Communication
All official communication is conducted via WhatsApp or Email
Customers are encouraged to clarify all details before placing an order
⚖️ Changes to Terms
Haysar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website
📌 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan
