  1. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

    Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Delivery charges vary by city and location, and final shipping cost is confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.

  2. How long does delivery take?

    Delivery may take up to 1 week or longer, depending on your city and courier service. We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  3. Do you offer customized paintings?

    Yes. We accept customized orders. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements (size, theme, colors, and reference images) before booking.

  4. Do I need to pay in advance for customized orders?

    Yes. For customized paintings:
     – 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
     – Remaining 50% is payable before delivery.

  5. What is your return and refund policy?

    Returns are accepted only if the wrong or faulty artwork is delivered. Requests must be made within 7 days. Customized paintings are non-returnable.

  6. How much is the delivery / shipping fee?

    Shipping charges start from PKR 500. The final delivery cost depends on your city and the parcel size/weight. The customer bears delivery charges.

  7. Are your paintings handmade or printed?

    All artworks at Haysar Art are 100% handmade and original, created by the artist Mubeenn. We do not sell printed copies unless clearly mentioned.

  8. Will the painting look exactly like the pictures?

    Yes, the photos on our product pages represent the original artwork. However, slight color differences can occur due to mobile/monitor screen settings.

  9. How much time does a customized painting take?

    Customized paintings typically take 1–6 months, depending on the complexity and current workload.
    In case of high order volume, the waiting time may extend to 1 year or more.

  10. Is the advance payment refundable?

    No. If a customized order is cancelled, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable, because the work and time reserved for the artwork cannot be recovered.

  11. Can I cancel my order after booking?

    You may request cancellation before dispatch. However:
    Customized orders: advance is non-refundable
    Ready artworks: cancellation depends on dispatch status
    Please contact WhatsApp support immediately.

  12. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Returns are accepted only if:
    – the wrong artwork is delivered
    – or the artwork has a fault due to the painter’s error
    Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

  13. Can I return a customized painting?

    No. Customized paintings are non-returnable and non-refundable, because they are made specifically according to the customer’s request and approved before dispatch.

  14. What if the painting gets damaged during delivery?

    Our artworks are packed very safely and delivered securely. Damage during delivery is extremely unlikely.
    If any issue occurs, contact us immediately with photos/video and we will review the case.

  15. Can the artist refuse a customized order?

    Yes. The artist (Mubeenn) has the right to accept or refuse any customized request based on feasibility, workload, or artistic reasons.

  16. How do I place an order?

    You can order in two ways:
    Directly from the website (Add to Cart → Checkout)
    Through WhatsApp Order for guidance and confirmation

  17. I submitted a message but did not receive confirmation. Is my order booked?

    No. An order is confirmed only after mutual confirmation via WhatsApp/email and (if applicable) advance payment.
    If a customer submits a request but does not respond, the artist is not bound to start work.

  18. Do you offer framing?

    Currently, framing availability depends on the artwork. Please contact WhatsApp support for details.

  19. Can I request urgent delivery?

    Urgent delivery depends on city, courier availability, and the artwork type. Please contact WhatsApp support before ordering.
