At Haysar, every artwork is an original, handmade creation. Due to the artistic and customized nature of our paintings, returns and refunds are limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
🎨 Nature of Artwork
All paintings sold at Haysar are original, handmade artworks
Each piece requires time, skill, and creative effort
Because of this, returns and refunds are strictly conditional
✅ Eligibility for Returns
A painting may be considered for return only in the following cases:
The wrong painting was delivered, OR
There was a clear mistake from the painter’s side
⚠️ No other reasons will be accepted for return or refund.
⏳ Return Timeframe
Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the artwork
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
🖼 Condition of Returned Artwork
To qualify for a return:
The painting must be returned in original, unused, and good condition
The artwork must be exactly as delivered
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:
The painting has been damaged
The painting has been mishandled
The painting has been altered in any way
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind
Personal taste or preference
No valid reason provided
Damage caused after delivery
Delays caused by courier services
🎁 Delivery Safety
All artworks are packed and delivered using secure and protective packaging
Paintings are delivered with extreme care
Damage during delivery is highly unlikely
Once delivered safely, responsibility shifts to the customer
🎨 Customized / Commissioned Artwork
All customized paintings are:
Shared with the customer via WhatsApp for approval before delivery
Once approved and delivered:
No returns or refunds will be accepted
Customized artwork is final and non-returnable
💳 Advance Payment for Customized Artwork
Customized paintings require a 50% advance payment
Remaining 50% payment is payable after completion and before delivery
The advance payment:
Confirms the booking
Secures the artist’s time
Places the order in the production queue
❌ Cancellation of Customized Orders
If a customized order is cancelled by the customer at any stage:
The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable
This is due to time, effort, and creative work already invested
📲 Communication & Approval
All confirmations, approvals, and decisions are made via WhatsApp or Email
Returns and refunds are processed only after mutual agreement
Placing an order without confirmation does not constitute a valid booking
❌ Right to Refuse Returns
Mubeenn reserves the right to accept or decline any return or refund request
This decision is final and made to protect artistic integrity and fairness
🤝 Mutual Understanding
By placing an order with Haysar, the customer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
