💰 Shipping Charges
Minimum delivery charges start from PKR 500
Final delivery charges depend on:
City
Area
Province
Size and nature of the artwork
Exact shipping charges are finalized via WhatsApp
All delivery charges are to be borne by the customer
⏳ Delivery Time (Ready Artwork)
Standard delivery may take up to 1 week or longer
Delivery time depends on:
Customer’s location
Courier service
Weather conditions or unforeseen delays
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed
🎨 Customized / Commissioned Artwork
Customized paintings require additional time as each piece is created individually.
Customized artwork may take 1 to 6 months, depending on:
Painting style
Size
Complexity
Current order queue
High Order Volume Notice
In case of a high number of confirmed orders, the waiting period may extend to 1 year or more
This is because all paintings are personally created by Mubeenn
Each artwork is handmade and not mass-produced
👉 Customers are strongly advised to place customized orders well in advance
💳 Advance Payment for Customized Orders
All customized / commissioned paintings require a 50% advance payment
The remaining 50% payment is due after completion and before delivery
Advance payment:
Confirms the booking
Secures the artist’s time
Places the order in the production queue
❌ Cancellation of Customized Orders
If a customized order is cancelled by the customer at any stage:
The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable
This is because:
Creative time and effort have already been invested
The artwork is made specifically for the customer
📲 Order Confirmation & Communication
All order details including:
Shipping charges
Timelines
Customization details
are finalized via WhatsApp or Email
Orders are confirmed only after mutual consent
Placing an order without confirmation does not constitute a valid booking
⚠️ If a customer places an order but does not continue communication, Haysar / Mubeenn is not bound to begin the artwork
🎁 Packaging & Delivery Safety
All artworks are packed using secure and protective packaging
Damage during delivery is highly unlikely
Once the artwork is delivered safely, responsibility transfers to the customer
❌ Right to Decline an Order
Mubeenn reserves the right to accept or decline any order
This includes customized or commissioned artwork
This decision is made to maintain artistic integrity and quality
🤝 Mutual Agreement
All shipping terms, timelines, and order details are completed only through mutual agreement between the customer and Haysar.
